Emerald Designs ltd. is a full-service “Boutique” renovation contractor.  What we mean by boutique is a specialized service offered by Paul Aubrecht Dipl. Arch. (SAIT) that combines 30 years of construction and design knowledge for clients to draw on.

We only take on as many projects as we can handle so customers are serviced properly by our team of professional consultants and skilled trades.  Emerald Designs goal is breath fun and positivity into projects while guiding clients through the various phases of design conception/development, project costing, and construction.  Client reviews are our best advertising!
